How It Works
Complete and submit our free Profile Assessment, and upload a recent copy of your resume in order to be in active status so employers can review your information.
If there is a match between your profile and a position that has been posted to our site by a member employer, the employer may review your profile and resume and decide to contact you.
To increase the likelihood of being hired, you can choose to become a "Preferred Candidate" that will feature you first among the other possible candidates within The Boomer Institute database.
Preferred Candidates receive a variety of services depending on their career preparation needs that may include resume help, videoed practice interviews, key Linkedin profile strategies, and/or skills assessment.
Employers recognize that Preferred Candidates have received additional preparation that makes them stronger candidates. The cost for these customized services is based on the specific assistance desired.
